Arizona voters passed Prop 207, allowing for the legalization, taxation, and recreational use of marijuana for adults 21 and over.
This change created the Justice Reinvestment Fund, allowing the Arizona Department of Health Services and local public health departments to fund community programming. Nearly $6 Million in funding will be given to qualified nonprofits that provide justice reinvestment programming.
Arizona Revised Statute § 36-2863(G)(1-4) defines Justice Reinvestment Programming as:

Applying non-profits are highly encouraged to review the entire RFGA before starting the application; including the landscape analysis, priority area maps and listening session summary provided as exhibits. All questions should be answered thoroughly. The application also includes an exhibit which contains a list of fiscal sponsorships and grant writing assistance programs.
