Our teams specialize in personalized care that engages the senses and create feelings of safety and joy.

Hospice of the Valley helps improve quality of life for people with all stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias — from those just starting to show signs to those who are quite advanced. Our experienced dementia team is here to support caregivers every step of the way and can work with the patient’s physician to create a customized plan of care. Through our Dementia Care and Education Campus we provide supportive care for dementia, a unique service is the only in-home program in Arizona delivering clinical and emotional support to families caring for a loved one with any stage of dementia.at no charge; dementia hospice care for late-stage dementia patients; assisted living in a personalized care community in a small home-like setting for people living with all types and stages of dementia; an Adult Day Club at the Dementia Care and Education Campus is specially designed to engage people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias; and an Education Center serves people from all walks of life — offering classes in dementia care to healthcare professionals, physicians, nurses, social workers and caregivers, as well as family care partners.
