★Diverse Supplier outreach and decision-maker engagement strategies Provide insights and recommendations to help organizations identify and capitalize on opportunities for increasing procurement with minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MBEs/WBEs). Plan, execute, manage, and evaluate supplier diversity events such as business exchanges, opportunity fairs, meet and greets, and matchmaker events. ★Supplier Diversity education, training, and development Programs Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to diverse suppliers on sales, business development, and customer relationship management best practices to help secure new procurement business. Created tailored training programs and workshops based on supplier needs/priorities to maximize their consultative selling, market research, data analysis, and presentation skills competencies.
